Great customer service and competitive pricing as well. On time.
When we call the local office the girls there are always very friendly and helpful.
Automatic tank monitoring insures that I get a delivery when needed. Prebuy gets me the best price available. Customer Service representative are friendly, knlowlegable, and responsive.
Here are two things that I think would make service even better:
1. Send email/text when a delivery has been scheduled.
2. In addition to my price, include the current market price on the delivery invoice.

I relocated to New York State 7 years ago, ever since I have been Warner Gas. I instantly became friends with Bob Warner. He's an asset to this community and has proven an asset in my life. The company has gone through some changes since changing hands. My family and I are appreciative the services that Warner Gas provides.

I know when I call for a tank refill, Warner’s is there. My only complaint this time was that the driver didn’t leave a receipt so I didn’t even know he had been here.
