The only negative experiences that I have had occurred when calls are forwarded to the Superior Oil call center. It seems that messages are sometimes relayed incorrectly.

We have had this service for approximately 8 years now and the employees that came to switch us over and hook everything up were very friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt.
