Very easy to contact customer service. Don't have to go through an automated system.
Staff is friendly; reliable delivery of oil. However, we require a minimum of 7 deliveries of oil during the winter season and are not happy with the $9.62 hazmat fee charged for each delivery. That's almost $70 of our pre-buy that is not being used for the purchase of oil.
Customer has already recommended them due to the price point. His first fill-up was 135 gal short.

Clair at the Vestal store is the main reason I have stayed with Warners has. You prices almost made me leave and go someplace else but Clair, she is the one that helped me stay. Without her, her customer service and attention to the needs of customers, I would be gone and I would have taken my thousands of gallons of propane annual usage with me.
