I have met with Dr. Pierpaoli multiple times now and continue to be very impressed with him. He listens to me and answers all my questions to put me at ease. He explains the procedures and plans for me at each meeting.

the receptionists are always cheerful and helpful, the nurses are kind yet thorough in their preperation and above all Dr Pierpaoli makes me feel so comfortable and at ease...is clear in our conversations about my needs and spends time with me not rushed and is so knowledgable.......and on and on.

Dr. Kim thoroughly explains all options for treatment. He doesn't rush the appointment and asks all necessary questions to resolve the issue. Hats off to him for being a responsive, caring doctor.

Dr. Defranco is a good listener. That’s very important aspect when communicating with the patient.

Dr. Defranco also took time to answer my questions and I didn’t feel rushed. I was grateful for that when most physicians don’t spend time especially when issues matter the most to the patient.
