Amazing! Our technician was great- got on his hands and knees to smell the carpet. We were shocked. Seemed to really care and want to do a good job. We had some pet odor issues and they seem to be resolved- very pleased with this service. A little higher priced than we were hoping to pay but worth it in the end.
Quick, thorough, efficient.
My 35- to 40- year-old white (!) carpeting needed cleaning. The stains included pet stains, water mineral stains, and coffee stains. I never expected the carpeting to look perfect. Some stains remain, but others which I thought were impossible to remove are nearly gone. Now the carpet is sanitary and soft to walk on. Pete worked like a trooper. He spent five hours (!) here and only took a brief lunch break. I can't thank him enough for his hard work and pleasant personality. Zerorez rocks!

When I called to schedule an appointment I figured it would be a few weeks out but I was scheduled in later the same week.
The communication of plans on arrival time, evaluating what needs to be done, and follow up are excellent.
My tech was very thorough step by step. He spent 8 hours on my carpeted. His attitude was top notch. Answered any and all questions and did the work with a smile and a promise to come back until I was satisfied. He did indeed check on the progress the next morning and made a plan to come back a few days later. As promised he returned and went over the area again another day. The tough pet stains and any smell is completely gone as he said it would be. In my opinion, he went above and beyond in the area of customer service. A huge shout out to ZEROREZ for their great company work ethic and service they provide. I am sure that all of the cleaning techs are wonderful but our experience with DAN gave me back faith in a company and persontrying to "do the right thing" and genuinely meaning it. Next time i will be requesting Dan to come back. Thanks again!!
