I had an emergency that required the carpet throughout the house to be cleaned. I called and they were able to fit me in the next day. Jay, the technician, did an outstanding job getting stains and a black oil stain completely out of the carpet. He took his time, listened and completed the job in a professional manner. He was very respectful and the carpet looked better than it has for awhile. I definitely would recommend Zerotez without hesitation.
