it looks like new carpet except where we have wear patterns going into the bathroom and bedroom but that can't be helped. My sister and husband came later that day and she said she thought the pad even seemed to have new life. We're very pleased with the way it looks and it dried quickly, no after odor at all.

Zerorez extends a reminder call a few days before your appointment to give an estimate on their arrival (Mon 12-3pm). Then the day of your appointment, give you another 15 min notice (called 11:45pm) so you do not have to wait all day by the door. VERY professional, extremely approachable, and explained their unique process in common folk terms! After cleaning carpets, Doug (and Chris) were very flexible and actually stayed longer to clean our GROUT and stairway! It was a quiet, non-invasive, and actually pleasant experience! The house had NO chemical ODOR but rather a fresh orange citrus scent, NOT the kind that MASKS odor! VERY competitive pricing and WELL WORTH the MONEY! If you have ANY PET stains / odors, THIS IS THE ONLY COMPANY / PROCESS that completely eliminates them (and I have tried them all)! A+ in all areas! Thanks for a delightful experience!
First time client. Liked the clinician - he explained the possibility about a dog urine stain coming back, if it went through the pad onto the wood flooring underneath. He did apply stain and bacteria materials. We'll see what happens. Anyway, it dried within 4 hours and looks, smells and feels clean - no lingering residue.
Our carpet looked very clean after it was cleaned by Zerorez. Travis was very professional, knew what he was doing, and friendly.

It's quick and you use natural products . Paul was very knowledgable and answered my questions. He worked very hard as we could see by his perspiration as he was putting the bill together. I want to commend Paul for doing a great job.

My carpeting is over 25 years old and in bad shape. Kristjun worked really hard, and, it doesn't look brand new, but, it looks much better than it has for years. I was and am really impressed!!
