We have had our carpets clean before with other companies and the stains came back soon after.
The service tech was very friendly showed us no pressure to do any additional services.
The only down side is we didn't get all the carpets clean due to finances but you can really tell how dirty the others ones are. Maybe discounts for returning customers would be helpful.

Everything appears to be clean. The 2 employees
were friendly and answered all my questions. No
problem with moving the furniture.
However, there were lots of water spots on the tile
floors, lamps, leather furniture and floor speakers.
They wiped off, just extra work and time for me.

Danny was very nice and he answered all of our questions thoroughly. When we turned the air on in our kitchen and stuff flew out of the vent, he checked all sorts of possiblities to see what was causing it.
Very thorough, and did a good job, but unnecessarily concerned about what I might write in this review. I am interested in the work - not advertising for you! And the work was fine. And if any one ever asks me, I will let them now who cleaned the vents.
