The carpet looked really good when he got done and here it was an icy day and he still came on time I was surprised I thought we would have to reschedule. Most of all I don't smell pet urine !!

Quick, Didn't leave carpet overly wet.Shauna very personable. A little disappointed in a couple of dirtier spots that really did not come very clean.
