Efficiency of service and speed of the cleaning. I do wish I would have done the pet treatment. I did it last time and this time I tried to save some money with just a regular cleaning. My carpets still have a urine smell in some areas. This was my fault but I recommend getting it as it is worth the money!

I like the idea that there is not residue left on my carpets to attract and retain more dirt. Also, it should be safe for us and our dog. My technician was veery professional and efficient too.
