Zerorez tech was right on time and he explained everything to me after I answered a few questions. He pretreated the areas that needed it and then the actual cleaning process began.
A spot that had been under a chair for years was gone. Even the tech was amazed by that. He put the couch back to its original position on styrofoam blocks so the wooden legs on the couch wouldn’t bleed into the carpet.
We were advised to wait until the next day to move the furniture back.
To speed up the drying process we turned on the ceiling fan and brought in a couple of small oscillating fans.
