Got all my trouble stains out including syrup! Also comes with 30 day guarantee in case they come back. With a two year old and a puppy my carpet was bad. Now it looks new. Tech was very knowledgeable and patient. Explained my options and the pro and con with each one. Cleaned three rooms in about an hour.
