We were very pleased with the service. The gentleman that did our carpet was excellent. He explained the whole process before starting the job. He also put up corner protectors so the hose would not rub on furniture or wood work. The house smelled wonderful when he finished.
What I liked about Zerorez was their ability to come out within a week of my call. The associate was very professional and he thoroughly checked all the carpets for stains. He explained the treatment recommendations before using them. The final result met my expectations.

We had our air ducts and dryer vent cleaned. The 2 men who worked on them were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Our dryer vent was plugged and we were not even aware of it. So, i am certainly glad we had it done! We are very happy with the service we recieved! We will definitely call zerorez again.
