The guys called before their arrival to let me know they were on their way. They listened to my concerns regarding my carpet and advised reasonable treatment. Both men were friendly and courteous and, honestly, fun to be around. I was very pleased with the results!
No reside, service tech was very thorough.
The friendly service technician, Shawana, called to let me know when she was thirty minutes out. When she arrived she was very courteous asked me to show her some of the stains that were a concern to me. There was a number of small grease stains in the hallway from repair of a washing machine. She told me she would do her best. And she did. She worked very thoroughly and was very careful and considerate of our furniture legs, cords, etc. Upon completion she took me over to look at the stains, and they were gone! The carpet looked brand new! She was very diligent with working on the stains, as well as the rest of the carpet. I have never received the kind of service that Shawna provided. She was outstanding! Miles above other carpet cleaners. I will contact your company again. Shawna is a keeper! Thank you!
