I just bought this house and he offered me an anti-bacterial protection for peace of mind-thank you!!! He told me what to expect afterwards and what to do and not do after the carpet was cleaned. He was able to remove all the stains and the carpet looks fabulous! I’ve used them twice now and I will continue to use them and refer them to people. I am 100% satisfied with Zerorez from the phone call to book the appointment to having my carpet cleaned!!

Courtney (sp?) was very helpful and informative. The carpet Feels so much better and it smells nice and clean. There are still many visible stains though. I do think it's a little pricey service, but I'd consider using again. But Courtney was excellence
