Jay was the technician,he did a great job explaining everything.I wasn't that impressed with the degreaser and odor treatment,a day later can still somewhat smell the odor in the carpet.

He took the time to explain everything clearly, arrived right on time, and made sure we felt confident and informed at every step.
We also appreciated the care he took in ensuring everything was cleaned thoroughly, not only the carpets, but also making sure our hardwood floors were wiped up and left spotless before he left. The final walk-through was especially appreciated, showing his attention to detail and pride in his work.

After I made the appointment, there was confirmation of the time via email, a message that said the technician would call before he came, he did call before he came, my technician did an excellent job… my house smells nice and clean and my carpets look great… I use the coupon that came in my value pack
Scott was wonderful to work with. He not only did a very careful, thorough job, but explained things as he went and took his time with every area of the duct work, grout cleaning and the carpet cleaning. He took care of the stains and the worn areas, so the entire carpet looked and felt great when he was finished. Getting to the dryer outlet is tricky in our home, but he got it done. Although we maybe did not need the duct cleaning in a couple of the rooms, getting the rest of the house and the dryer duct cleaned was very beneficial. The entire staff from scheduling to completion were very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this company!
