My one - and so far only - experience with Zerorez was great. The technician was super nice and worked quickly and answered all my questions easily. My carpets look great and they were dry in about 36 hours. I would definitely recommend Zerorez.

I had to change the date of service once or twice and they were very willing to accommodate me. Great service and add on options. Fast drying.
The cleaning was a real good job. I will have you return to re-do some spots that came back after the carpet dried.
I’m disappointed that the tech left footprints across my real wood finished floors from the hot steam. I am going to mop them again to see if they will go away. If the footprints are still there I will let you know.
