What isn't there to like about the professional service that was provided? From the beginning of our appointment, we were treated with a value that is hard to find from any company. We weren't taken for granted. Tyler (La Vista, NE) was absolutely amazing. He treated our home with the care and respect that he would treat his own home with. He gave us all of the information that we needed to make a decision about what was best for our floors. What a good guy.

No use of soap so no residue. Technician willing to talk through prices but there is always a higher price than quoted from my initial call.
The service was so Great! The service person "Pete" was very knowledgeable of what he needed to do to clean my basement Berber carpet. We never had it professionally done. It being light cream in color and a play room for 2 generations of children, had a few spots and to top it off....our 18 year old kitty whom we had to put to sleep recently had left a scent of urine in a few areas. Pete gave me his recommendations of what he needed to do to get it cleaned and Oder free. The extra product he recommended for the cat Oder worked! Thank goodness! The carpet looked new again. Bright as new! Pete also did the hall way upstairs and the entry way that was dirty from a family member that refused to take his shoes off while visiting from out of town a few weeks ago. Grrr! My home is new again! I am so thankful for Zerorez products and Pete! His patience and knowledge made all the difference! Thank you Zerorez!

I give Tyler a 10, he was very friendly, professional, and on time. However...your company gets a 0 from me. I will not be using you again. It did not smell fresh AT ALL after the cleaning and the carpets were still wet 36 HOURS after the cleaning!! So, again I won't use you again but my technician deserves a 10.
