I really like the technician. He was very knowledgeable and personable. My carpet seems fluffier but I thought the product would have more of a fresh smell to it. It smells more like an indoor pool. Can’t wait to have the sun come out and hit my problems area so I can see if it’s now truly not a problem issue anymore!

Very professional! Service was done as quickly as possible while still doing a very thorough job! Service tech did a complete walk through with me first and then sent me a text when he was finishing up so I could be home and take a walk through before he left.
Your tech was great...answered all my questions and went out of his way to find out what I wanted and made sure I got it. Also like how organized you are with your appointments, reminders, etc.

The guy was very friendly.
The carpet cleaning was amazing, made a significant difference. Our issues were the usual water and tear of life. The pictures I saw of the duct work before after we’re being cleaning were impressive. Price of duct work cleaning would be only downfall however I understand there’s a lot of equipment and work involved. Scott was great; on time, friendly and answered any questions we had while explaining the processes.
I still have a couple of spots that did not come out. They are very faded but we can still see them.

The carpets looked brand new once they were done. They were running ahead of schedule and called to see if it was ok for them to come early. He was very professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend using them and will gladly call on them the next time I need carpets cleaned.
