Our technician who came was VERY knowledgeable. He did a great job and explained the difference between level 1 and level 2 and and the thirty day guarantee and what he would do if we want him to come back to do a level 2 if there are still urine smells after the carpet drying. He complimented our carpet which we appreciated because we purchased and had them installed when we bought our home in 2017 and then also showed us how to identify areas of wear and suggested a protector next time we get the carpets cleaned for longevity of our carpet. The pretreatment smelt amazing and our carpets are feeling nice and plushy again. THANKS ZEROREZ!

The guy was very straight forward and knowledgeable about what the carpets were gonna look like and the whole process. I do wish we would have known about not being able to have the dog on the carpet or being able to put the table and furniture back ahead of time.

The technician was excellent at the house. Very knowledgeable about the carpet and cleaned the carpet very well. I had him do the basement also. He was able to get tough stains out. My carpet is 16 years old and in great shape. I will be calling again.
