I've used Zerorez exclusively for the past several years. Chris has done my carpets that last two cleanings. Both times I had pet issues and they were resolved completely both times. He is very kind, thorough and professional. This year I asked him to clean two chairs at the last minute and he agreed on the spot!

When I go into the family room the dog urine smell does not assault my nose anymore. Did not expect to pay almost double than what I thought I was going to pay but what Tyler said made sense. To completely rid the carpet of the smell the carpet, as well as the pad, had to be cleaned. Money well spent, the smell is gone. Thank you!

Friendly technicians they explain what their procedure will be to clean your carpets and they let you know any finding. The communication is a 10+ on their arrival time and the time they are at your house. Carpets look awesome and the pet treatment works!

Tyler was our man. Went over the procedure & answered all my questions. I was so confident of being here and what he was doing I forgot to ask him how dirty my carpet was & I really wanted to know that.
I also had my fabric chair & ottoman cleaned, before my eyes my chair/ottoman looked bran new.
