Employee was very good.
The technician called prior to arriving and was on time. He explained how a spray would be but down first and then he would clean the carpet. I had requested the technician to check some spots on my family room carpet that were left from the previous owner and he explained how they could be cleaned out of the pad at the cost of $60 per square foot. He cleaned up the hose and cords quickly and was on his way. I thought the room and hallway would smell fresh, but no clean smell, just clean carpet. It took the full 24 hours to dry. I was please to have clean carpet.
