The guy came right when he said he would, Walked thru and looked at rooms and let me
know what he was doing. He was very professional. My carpets are really clean. The carpets dried quickly. He suggested that I turn on my ceiling fans to help them dry.

Never had an issue my carpet is four years old and we have only had Zerorez clean it and it looks and feels like new when they leave. very polite I would recommend them over n over.
