I was very happy w/ Tyler when he came to clean the carpet. However, I would not not use your services or recommend them to someone else. Tyler did a great job and even went over a few trouble areas a couple times after the pre-treat. and it was unable to get it any cleaner than the larger carpet cleaner that I own. Essentially, Tyler was limited to what I was willing to pay for. For me, the cost of the services for the results are just not something I would come back for.

I have been using ZEROREZ for a number of years. They always do a great job of cleaning our light-colored OLD carpeting! (17+ years old!!) I am always amazed at how it brightens up when I think it has very little hope of looking better. The technicians are always pleasant and friendly. They are very professional - wearing shoe coverings and this time he wore a mask. They place protection barriers on the corners where the hose would rub. They are efficient time-wise; our tech arrived exactly on time. He did 3 fairly large bedrooms in about 90 minutes. He was able to take my payment by credit card, and the receipt was sent via email within a few hours. It was so efficient! They have done some upholstery work for me in the past, and did a great job with that also! It was so easy to schedule my appointment on line well ahead of time. And they were available by phone when I had a question the day before the appointment. Great company!
