Technician did a great job, I feel it is a bit pricey. I also wonder why they claim it is zero residue, my tile and hard wood floor were covered with some sort of "residue" from us walking from the wet carpet to the other surfaces?
Carpets look so nice after they are cleaned and they feel so good. Not too wet so dry pretty quickly. The employees are always so nice also.
