Our technician, Zach, was phenomenal, very polite and pleasant to work with. He was very knowledgeable about your process and answered any questions we had. He worked very hard to get out some troublesome stains. We were very pleased with his performance and will definitely ask for him the next time. Our carpet and chairs look amazing!
