If I could rate them higher I would. We just purchased our dream home and come to find out, the previous owners attempted to get the carpets cleaned and it only masked the smell of all the dog pee for a month. So we had Zerorez out. We walked the house with them and he showed us everything that was on the carpet. He was so knowledgeable, you can tell he has done this a lot and I truly could tell he likes his job. Not only will I be recommending to everyone, I myself will be asking them to come out now a couple times a year.
