I appreciate the Saturday availability. Our technician was knowledgeable and friendly. He took extra efforts to complete the job and make sure we were pleased. He confirmed the work needed to be done prior to starting the job. We will definitely request this same technician (Pete) again as he earned our trust.

My only suggestion would be to discontinue using the styrofoam protectors (under the furniture). You have used the thin plastic pieces in the past and they are, in my opinion, much better.
