the gentleman that came was very respectful and remembered our old house where he had cleaned our carpets before. He was very concious in really working on our carpets and not hurrying to get them done. the people who lived her before us had dogs and the carpets and walls were full of dog hair. everytime we vaccum we still get dog hair in our machine, he went over the carpets several times to do the best job for us.

The Man who came out and did our carpets didn't excellent job. I do think it is uncomfortable asking for a tip, doesn't seem like it's an appropriate request after paying for the service.
