Asks if I have any questions and explains the service if need be. Always wears surgical booties when coming in my home. Also appreciate your cleaning process so my carpets are especially clean, not smelly or crunchy after cleaning and that they're not soaked and don't stay wet for hours. Always very pleased with the carpets when done.

Always get a courtesy call about 1/2 hour before to let you know they are on their way. The carpet is soft and cleaned very well.
