The booking process (online) was easy. Our service technician (Jacob) was prompt, friendly and professional. I appreciated his calling when he was about 30 minutes out from our job. He explained everything and cleaned our carpets quickly and thoroughly.

We needed our carpets cleaned and we were able to schedule an appointment within 24 hours! Our carpets have been transformed and our technician Scott was so kind and knowledgeable. We already scheduled another appointment with Zerorez. 10/10 would recommend!
The service we had from Scott was outstanding. He was very professional and explained what he was going to do and then did a walk through afterwards. This was out first time using Zerorez and the one thing that really stood out to me was that the carpets were not sticky after it was fine and we did not have a chemical smell. It was great. We will definitely use Zerorez again.
