All technicians have been efficient and thorough. And the carpet stays clean for a long time. Great company!
I might suggest giving the customer the name of the technician and possibly his/her phone number or at least area code. I didn't recognize his name, of course, and his phone was a Colorado area code. I almost didn't answer the call, thinking it was a nuisance call.
