My Cleaning technician was phenomenal. He explained everything to me. He told me what the ins and outs he got in the aftercare. He got my mattress, clean very good. It was some very tough things that I thought won’t gonna come out but they did. I was very thankful for getting him.

Lucas was on time, took 2 hours to clean upstairs and downstairs carpets and one double-recliner couch. The couch came clean as new and the carpets look clean. Lucas was very good at explaining everything as he went along. He even got a small carpet stain to come clean that we could never.
Courteous and great customer service on the phone as well as the carpet tech. Carpets look great! We have stayed off them 48 hours. Will vacuum and set up the rooms tomorrow.
I was able to get the cleaning done the day after I called. The technician was professional and took a lot of care while here. He was diligent about getting everything clean even though it was a large job. The carpet looks like new and all of the stains are now gone. He was able to remove a lot of pet fur which is what I was having an allergic reaction to.
