I would not ever recommend this company but since the technician coming to my house was great I have to leave him a good review or he gets punished. My 150 dollar 3 room special went to 400 bucks due to pet stains. I was prepared to pay extra but 250 extra is ridiculous. Will never use again. Evan was great …. Totally recommend him.

I was surprised at how good the carpet looked after the basic cleaning I received (the 3 room special), the zerorez rep was very friendly & professional and it didn't take long at all. I have my own steam cleaner, but it doesnt work very well and since I'm a busy mom of 4 - i dont really have time to do it myself anyway. So, having the carpet cleaned quickly was a big help to me as I don't have a lot of free time to do it myself. I also find it to be a good value (affordable).
I am already planning on having them come back soon to do my basement, and then will probably repeat both floors of the house annually.
