I have used ZeroRez several times over the past few years. I have been very pleased everytime someone has come to clean my carpets. That being said, this most recent visit was a little disappointing. Let me first say, the gentleman who cleaned the carpets could not have been more pleasant and professional! Unfortunately I had to call him back for a "touch up" cleaning as the equipment he used clearly left behind some kind of residue (gray markings) on my stairway steps and in the hallway. He was able to clean the hallway with no problem. The stairs on the other hand are not as clean as I had hoped. Never the less, because of the excellent service I have received in the past, I will definitely consider using ZeroRez in the future. Again, I can not say enough about the young man who came to clean my carpets. He's a keeper.
