Zach did a fantastic job of explaining the process of cleaning. I liked the care that was given to protect the corners of the wall from being damaged while moving the hoses through the house. I appreciated the phone call to give me heads up on approximate arrival time.

Just using water to clean , was not sure about that. It did turn out ok though. My steps going down to the basement still look dirty but he did say it was permanent and he could not get them clean. The guy was really nice and polite. I would recommend him and maybe a little cleaner added when needed.
