Great customer service. Showed up right on time. Explained services and what would best work for our situation (pets). Very professional and was in and out in a timely manner.
Scott was prompt, courteous & kind. He did a great job on my carpet. What a difference!! It looks brand new & doesn’t feel “crunchy”. TEN stars!!
He also cleaned an ottoman which turned out beautifully too.
I’ve used Zerorez in the past & have no plans to call anyone else for carpet cleaning in the future.
Thank you

My wife and I had a very good experience with ZeroRes. I plan on recommending Zerorez.
ZeroRez leaves your carpet clean, fresh and smelling good. They use hot water to clean and don’t leave the carpet too wet. I’m very pleased with the end result and will definitely have them back again!

The job that was done on my carpet is amazing.
Juan worked very hard to get the various spots out of our office carpet. He also helped me move a few things in the cubicles that were not moved prior to cleaning. He was very polite and was very diligent about his work.
