Zerorez was very professional and the gentlemen that came out to service our carpet was both polite and efficient, He spent extra time working on several areas that were old stains. They didnt completely come out but the job he did makes them 100% better. My wife and i are extremely pleased and recommend them highly!!!

Scott was very thorough with cleaning our carpets. He was able to remove stains in the carpet too. They look like new! I routinely have Zerorez come every year to extend the life of our carpets.

Sarek was great. He was very personable and friendly. He had to come back and work on a couple of spots that we had overlooked. He was accommodating and made sure we were satisfied with the outcome of the spots.
Scott was very professional, he was thorough in his explanations and treated our home with respect, ensuring corners were padded and booties always worn. He went above and beyond climbing on my roof to ensure my dryer vent was clear-and even explaining the alignment of the vent so we could also clear it if we needed to. Our carpets were spotless and I appreciated that there was no strange odor or sticky feel from cleaning solutions that I’ve experienced with past carpet cleaning companies!
