This group is amazing! I looked at my disastrous carpet - 2 days before company arriving for a weekend visit and decided I couldn’t put off carpet cleaning any longer! I called Zero Rez - all the time thinking - why this crazy name? Isabel took my call, I explained my situation including I have one room where my dogs have peed on the carpet….Isabel could hear the angst in my voice and promised she’d get a technician out as soon as humanly possible.. Josh is the guy - honestly - the guy you want to clean your carpet…I’ve had other companies clean my carpet - 4 times in the last 18 months.. Josh arrived with his black light which displays every marking of dog urine; I was so embarrassed! I was in a much more dire situation than I’d expected!…..Josh - don’t forget the name - removed EVERY LITTLE SPOT ON MY CARPET - a couple of these spots I know were gum!
My carpet has NEVER LOOKED SO GOOD! I highly recommend Zero Rez carpet cleaning . ..ALL my carpet looks and smells divine! Thankvyou so much!!

No chemicals used (so no harsh smells) yet cleans carpets perfectly! I had a rather large old stain on my carpet and tech’s were able to remove the stain completely! Carpets dry soft; not crunchy with soap residue! Tech’s (Josh and Todd) were professional and enthusiastic about their product; and did an excellent job cleaning my carpets and stairs!

It was snowing the day Zerorez came so my friend said that I should cancel because these carpet guys would drag in more dirt from their shoes and hoses, but No they were Very clean putting on indoor footwear and no trace of dirty wet hose marks on my floors or walls. I'm very Happy and Impressed! Yes we Do recommend them and will use them again! Good Price too :)
