Zerorez is an awesome Company. So glad I found you as I wasn't previously aware that this service was available. I needed area rug cleaning. I needed to remove all my flooring on my main floor due to an insurance claim which allowed the needed opportunity to have my three area rugs cleaned. Zerorez came and picked them up for me and cleaned and treated the rugs and then returned beautifully cleaned and refreshed area rugs back to me. They charged one flat pickup and delivery fee which was great. Each area rug cost was based on the square footage of each rug. I had two large rugs and a runner cleaned and the price was well worth the money. Area rugs look great, are refreshed looking near new again. To be clear, I've had these area rugs for years. There was no residual scent or cruchy reside feel to the area rugs. I will start using this service yearly to have our area rugs done. Highly recommend this Company. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

The service was provided by 2 strong and very agreeable young men. They described the service in depth and put more muscle into rug cleaning than I have ever experienced with any of the other companies I have hired in 40 years. I was particularly astonished by the job done on my 10 year old white carpeted stairs. I did not think it was possible to look that good again without actually replacing the carpet. The products used left a fresh and clean lemon scent in my home. I will definitely be calling this company on a regular basis to work its magic on my carpets in the future

Easy to book an appointment on the website, but have also booked through their admin team and equally efficient and responsive.

Crew was on time and gave me a half hour head's up prior to arrival. They worked very quickly and efficiently, and gave extra effort to create the best possible result with the stains on my carpet.

I was super impressed at how polite and friendly both team members were, I felt safe having them in my home.

I am very sensitive to any smells and the Zerorez process hardly smelled at all and dried quickly. It has been the best carpet cleaning experience I have ever had.

The only challenge for us was that the tech would not move furniture. We had a host of family come in before and after to move almost all of the furniture off the carpets, so that worked out.
