Your technician was prompt, polite, and we worked together to figure out how to get the hoses from the truck into my apartment. As for the work itself, the carpets have come out very well, indeed, and there's absolutely no residual odor whatsoever. I'm very pleased with the result.

Zerorez did an amazing job cleaning and sealing my ceramic tile and the grout that was beyond dirty. It looks as good as it did when it was first done.
