Appointment time was met, the driver, Joe was professional, very personable, and courteous. Hanging the heavy curtain at the door during cold weather was something I never saw from any other cleaner before whether its furnace guys or carpet cleaners! And most importantly, the carpet is clean and I can see the difference before and after.

Joseph was timely, courteous, professional, and great at cleaning the rug, which turned out to be dirtier than what the landlord told me it would be. I am grateful to Joseph pointing that out to me even if it was gross to see.

The 1950s sectional I thrifted was handled with care by Joseph, and it's clean again!

What I like is no harsh or soapy chemicals in your cleaning process. The first pre spot spray and brush treatment immediately removed traffic and spots on the carpet.

Your company was great to deal with! I received a reply promptly when I reached out for a quote/appointment time and also received a phone call confirming the appointment and asking if I had any further questions. Joseph called to let me know when he would be here (was within the specified window I had been given) and was very personable and helpful when he arrived. He explained what he was going to do and answered the questions I had. He did a good job on the carpets and my home feels so much cleaner and fresher! All in all, it was a great experience dealing with your company.
