I have been using Zerorez to clean my carpets for many years and am alway so impressed and grateful to their service. Their technicians and technology leave my white 18 year old carpets looking fresh and new without leaving chemical smells and are safe for my children and dogs. Very good carpet cleaning services

I am very satisfied with the service. Although the Carpets are old, Josh the service guy managed to get most of the stains out completely.
Only negative thing about the experience was when the time came to do the payment the request for gratuity kind of too me surprised. I personally do not agree with that. It took me by surprise.

Tech on time, did excellent job, not rushed. Protectors on wall corners and under chair legs. Will definitely recommend, have already to my sister. Carpets look and feel great. They had not been cleaned since 2019, covid etc. We have an off white carpet that looks better than I expected.
