I’ve been a Freewheel customer since the 1980s. I buy my bikes and get them serviced there; purchase all my gear there, etc. I’ve always had great service. I really wouldn’t trust my bike and bike questions to any other bike store. So I am thrilled to have all of that just two blocks from my house: great products, terrific service and good advice! Thanks for moving into the neighborhood!

The staff at this store are all extremely knowledgeable and friendly! The store is nicely laid out and the entire shopping experience was a pleasant one. I will go out of my way to visit this location!

What do you like about our products and services?

I originally went to the West Bank location and the person there was helpful, but the bike I wanted to try was sold out, so they referred me to the Grand Ave. location and the person who helped me there (I think his name was Jake) was great. Very knowledgeable and good at selling! I had already done some research, so I pretty much knew what I wanted but he filled in the gaps. I've already put some miles on the bike and I love it.

Very friendly and welcoming staff! Took the time to order what I needed because it wasn't available in the store at that moment. Followed up promptly when the order arrived in store for pick up. It's a great space too. Very bright and open and organized. So glad you're in the neighborhood!
