What do you like about our office?

The staff were very pleasant. That is a big deal because if we don’t feel comfortable as soon as we walk in everything else will be effected. That being said, I also appreciated the care I received from Dr. Stevenson. She was very caring and gentle. Tilly (I think that was her name) was also wonderful. Thank you.

The friendly staff. It's always nice to be greeted with a smiling face and spoken to like you are a friend. Also Dr Stevenson is very nice, takes her time with you and answers questions

I have only been twice but my favorite thing is you are on time! and I don't have to fill out paperwork every time I come. I also don't feel rushed through...everyone is kind and helpful. It has been a pleasant experience both times.
However, I have had problems refilling prescriptions...reaching someone on the phone line and no communication. Both times I had to call and the pharmacy had called.

My first visit was exceptional! Dr. Jansen was knowledgeable and patient oriented. Time was taken to collect a thorough medical history. Front office staff was friendly and helpful. Not only do I future health collaboration but I plan to switch my family for primary care.
