Staff is friendly, professional and great at making sure I understand everything from clarifying doctors orders to effective coordination with medications. Appointments are convenient and wait times are reasonable and in some cases quicker than what I have experienced at other locations.

The entire staff is professional and very personable. Making and getting appointment in a timely manner is also one of this officer's asset. The nursing staff and doctors are very engaging while they're with you.
Everyone is so friendly, and it feels very comfortable. The doctors and nurses also really are knowledgeable and approachable. Together, these qualities make coming in to see the doctor much easier and more comfortable. Thank you all so much!!!!

The personal and professional treatment of the staff.
Let me start with the front desk. Monica is amazing and friendly. She always greets you with a smile and by your name. She will go above and beyond to assist you, even if it's out of her job duties. Vicki, Dr. Stevenson's assistant is also great! She follows up on all telephone calls/portal messages within 24 hours and then calls back a day or two later to make sure everything is ok. She too, is always friendly and makes me feel comfortable whenever I come into the office. Dr. Danesha Stevenson is hands down a top-notch physician. She is knowledgeable with the old school bedside manor. She listens. She really does listen. She answers questions and is willing to help you help yourself. She is always there when I need her, from medication refills, to yearly exams, to I need a virtual appointment stat because I think I caught RSV from my granddaughter. I certainly hope Dr. Stevenson never leaves this office. If so, I might have to follow.
