Timely appointments. PA and personn are friendly and interested.

Computerization of Statistical information such as lab reports is fine, however, further computerized comments & statements,not so much.

Dr Jansen is personable, kind and friendly yet very smart and professional. Staff are exceptional! Also friendly, kind, smart and helpful. Haven’t had a Drs office I’ve liked so much in years!!!

What do you like about our office?

I like the providers and staff very much but the new phone system is horrible. I’ve called multiple times and left messages on the nurse line that are not being delivered. It’s not the staff’s fault, it is the phone system. My pharmacy can’t get through to the office so o have to go into the office to get my prescriptions refilled. This is not acceptable.
