I have known Dr Diez-Houck for a long time. She is a very good physician and knows her stuff. I am very comfortable with her and I know she will give me great care. This is very comforting in this day and age when so much medical care is based on cost reduction and savings instead of patient care and best practice.The office staff is very pleasant and helpful with all my needs. I will continue using her as my primary care physician.

The entire team is very helpful and will get you into the office quickly if you have issue that needs to be addressed. From Kandy at the front desk, to Sobrina assisting the doctor by asswering the phone and directing your questions to Meg or Dr. Diez-Hoeck. When they say they will get back to you they always do -- I love that I have such a wonderful primary care team!
I see Margaret Corigan. She is. Problem solver. Listens to my medical and emotional concerns and addresses each one. She knows who I am. The entire office staff engages with patients. I feel like they know me.
The people
Positive energy. Friendly atmosphere. Would appreciate if they could schedule better to avoid the hour wait to see the doctor, but I do appreciate that once I am with the doctor, I don't feel rushed.
The environment is clean, the personnel are well trained and know what they are doing and they are very professional in carrying out their duties. All of this makes the patient feel at ease and receptive to what the doctor has to tell the patients about taking care of their health or problems.
We would not come if I didn't think our doctor and our Nurse Practitioner were anything less than top-notch. But as you know, the office people are the ones who run off patients via bad attitude and bad customer service! In Dr. Diez-Hoeck's office, Candy-Of-The-Front-Desk and the nursing staff in the back all provide the same high standard of care that Dr. Diaz-Hoeck and Nurse Corrigan provide. What's Not To Like?
