Everyone is very professional and still friendly and thoughtful. Each position knows what is to be done and does an excellent job getting patients through the process.
Everyone in the office is friendly, efficient, interested in what I have to say about my problems, and do their best to resolve my problems making sure I understand what I have to do. I feel I can call the office if I have any questions or need medical advice. I never feel my appointment is being rushed to get on to the next patient.

All of the staff are outstanding
I have confidence in my doctor and her staff. They are professional but kind and that makes going to the doctor not an unpleasant thing to do. My doctor listens to me too and that is special cause not all do that now. My appointments are easy to make and prescription refills easy to handle too.
There have been some forms I've been asked to fill out the past year I found offensive. The questions are insulting, personal and in my opinion not actually related to my health care. I don't know if Medicare designed the forms or Baptist Primary Care. I don't hold my doctor or her office responsible for those forms nor do I answer some of the questions I feel intrusive.
Friendly staff, never have too long of a wait. Experienced professionals!
Clean, comfortable, convenient location
The receptionist, Kandy, is exceptional. She is efficient, professional and still has that "human touch" that patients want when they go to a doctor. Everyone else in the practice gets excellent ratings and the Doctor and ARNP are exemplary. Give all of them a raise. I mean it give them all a raise!
