1) Candy is a great receptionist ~ answers the phone quickly, answers concerns, friendly & respectful.
2) Meg is a wonderful care provider, allowing plenty of time to discuss health issues, medications, and treatment options.

What do you like about our office?

Appts are on time. Medical assistants are always pleasant & ask relevant questions while updating patient records. Doctors Rama (my dr) & Galani (Mom's dr) are so personal, kind & professional. Really nice people. Not a stressful appt as some doctor's appts are. Appts do not feel rushed.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the entire office staff in checking me in as a new patient. I found Dr Diez Hoeck to be the most thorough physicians I have ever encountered with her thoroughness in going over my records and addressing those tests that needed to be updated

I love going to see the NP at Baptist Primary Care at the Beaches. I do not understand why the Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants are not on the web sites. I would like to see that change. It seems like the Baptist system does not appreciate the NPs and PAs and they have some very good ones that work for them. I go to my NP all the time and the PA that I saw at the hospital from Baptist Heart Specialist was much more informative than any of the physicians I have gone to from that group, besides Dr. LaBert. The PA I saw was Nick Condrey and my NP is Meg Corrigan.
