The office is clean, well maintained and all the personnel are well trained. Everyone seems to be up to date with all the latest technology and have a mission to take the best care of the patients that enter their doors. I feel well taken care of at my doctor's office.

What do you like about our office?

I have been a patient for nearly twenty years and have always had the best of care. The office is clean, conveniently close to the hospital and blood labs. The staff is quick to respond to scheduling requests and gets back to me promptly if I have a question. Clearly, the working relationship between administration and the doctor is excellent.

Dr. Diez-Hoeck has been a strong proponent of the patient portal process for years and the office is now tied into the Baptist Beaches Hospital multi-disciplinary network: my cardiologist, the hospital and this office have immediate access to all of my records.

I have always felt that I could have a candid discussion with the doctor and that my views were listened to and respected.

Doesn't get any better than that!
