Dr. Diez is always thorough. I have been coming for over 20 years.
However, scheduling visits 4 to 6 months ahead are difficult and it is hard to foresee any changes in work or life's schedule. I am always told that I can reschedule, but even when I call to reschedule 2 to 3 months prior to change it, the available dates again, are 2 to 3 months out. You need to either add more physicians to the practice or adjust the numbers of days of the week when the doctors perform physical exams.

Chantelle (I think that is how you spell her name)the medical assistant that help me. She went out of her way to help me. It was refreshing to see some one that was professional, caring and made a situation that could have resulted in two new patients walking out, in two happy new patients.

Candy takes time for me and is so efficient whenever I call or need something, despite constantly juggling the phones, the reception desk, test scheduling, etc. And Meg gets an A+ i as a nurse practitioner, in my book. She takes time to listen and to thoughtfully consider all the moving pieces in my care plan and then she explains her recommendations thoroughly. She never makes me feel rushed and I’ve learned to trust her advice throughout these past five years.
As far as the office itself, I’ve rarely had to wait much past my appointment time. The staff seems to realize that patients’ time is valuable, too, unlike the over scheduling at some other physicians’ offices. I appreciate that.
