A very caring doctor - Graciela Diez-Hoeck - who listens very intently, answers all questions, addresses all concerns and is very friendly. The Office manager, Candy, is wonderful and the nurses are outstanding. The office is spotless and is very well equiped. I switched to Dr. Diez-Hoeck in October 2019 and have been extremely pleased with that decision. Have recommended Dr. Diez-Hoeck to many of my friends.

Dr. Diez-Hoeck has been my doctor for 20 years. I trust her guidance.........and the entire office staff. I also like that her practice is made up of many elders - and that is what I need now.

I also visited The Wellness Center about 2 years ago, and was very impressed with the staff and their operation. I did not want to change my primary care doctor, so didn't enter full services, but was grateful to know that I can visit if I need to.
